    Who creates the designs on Sugar Bunch merchandise?
    All designs on apparel, art prints and accessories are custom, copyrighted created by Jess Kovic. Reproduction of designs without consent is prohibited. 

    Do you do commissions or custom orders?
    Yes! Custom orders are subject to our discretion. Please contact with your request and we will assess the request. Commissions are subject to a detailed assessment of the project. Please reach out for a consultation and quote. 

    Do you license your artwork? 
    Sure do! Please contact with the details of your project for rates and terms. 


    Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?
    All merchandise sales are final unless item(s) are damaged or defective. Issue must be reported within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition. Most items are "Print to order" therefore we cannot offer exchanges or returns for buyers remorse or size exchanges. See complete return policy here.

    Where are you based out of?
    Designs are created at the Sugar Bunch studio in Los Angeles, CA (not currently open to the public). We do not have a brick and mortar location at this time. 

    All prices are in USD as we are a United States based brand. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please be mindful of the conversion rates from your location's currency to American USD when making a purchase. Our apparel manufacturers are also based in the United States where your order will ship from. 

    How much is shipping?
    All items will ship from the United States unless noted otherwise. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

    Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees. You are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make a payment?
    Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Domestic orders typically take 2-7 days to be deliveredShipment of international orders may typically take 7-21 days to be delivered. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery (outside of the U.S.)

    I put the wrong shipping address while I was checking out. Is there any way you can change it?
    If you wish to change your shipping address, please email immediately with your invoice #. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

    I just received my order, but I was sent the wrong size or order. Can you exchange it?
    Yes, if you received anything other than the items/sizes you specified on your order please contact with your invoice number and we will send you the correct order. Please wait to send back your incorrect item until you hear from us. We will give you specific instructions and return address. If you made a mistake on your order and did not contact us immediately to resolve the issue before it was sent out we are not able to exchange the items.

    How do you ship the orders?
    We use USPS for domestic orders (USA), Canada, & Mexico.  DHL is used for any other international orders.

    How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email

    Why did I receive multiple shipments for my one order?
    Most of our apparel and wall prints are print to order and are shipped directly from our printer. If you placed an order with multiple items including "printed" items as well as accessories or beauty products, the printed items will be shipped in one package and the accessories will be shipped in another. You should receive a tracking number for each shipment. 

    I have sensitive skin, can I use your beauty products?
    All beauty products are manufactured in Los Angeles in collaboration with Not Soap, Radio. Our products are made with natural ingredients and each individual product ingredients are listed on the container as well as in each product description online. We strongly recommend reviewing each ingredient before purchasing for your individual needs/restrictions. Products are cruelty free and never tested on animals. 


    Is Sugar Bunch merchandise sold in stores?
    Our merchandise is not currently sold in stores. Check our blog and follow us on social media for info on events and appearances.
